This guide is a collection of ideas featuring over 90 activities for practical group work. Its aim is to provide numerous strategies on how to enhance group atmosphere, motivation, concentration, mutual respect, and ultimately, integration and inclusion. All these approaches are rooted in my personal experience gained over 15 years of working with diverse groups.

Many of the suggestions are applicable across different age groups. However, this collection should not be seen as a step-by-step manual, but rather as a set of ideas that can be applied and adapted. What's particularly convenient is that the majority of activities require no additional materials, allowing you to implement them anywhere and anytime. Therefore, I believe these ideas offer valuable insights for all age groups, starting from age three.
